Strategic Doing meeting rescheduled to Jan. 3

The Strategic Doing Meeting #2 originally planned for December 13 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Bottle KAP Studios, 721 Main St, Hoxie.


The public is invited to attend and join an identified project committee and/or bring a new project/committee to participate in the Strategic Doing process.


The newly identified projects include :

  • Multi-purpose Community Event and Recreational Building in Hoxie

  • Beautification efforts throughout Hoxie

  • Strengthening and Growing the new Farmer’s Market

  • Walking Trails in Sheridan County

  • Park Improvements in Hoxie

  • Museum Building Project

Funding to support of the Rock ‘N Recovery Family Event, to be held on September 20, 2025, that is designed to destigmatize addiction recovery. The all-day gathering will celebrate individuals living in long-term recovery while raising awareness that people can and do recover from substance use disorders.
